Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst to help achieve profitable growth in this fast-developing market. What You will do: -Support our teams in Kenya and Uganda with the implementation of new projects by interpreting data from our CRM, Google Analytics, and other external databases -Support business in understanding the performance of our processes and products by extracting data and creating meaningful insights -Apply the knowledge gained from data to suggest changes in the product setup or processes -Build automated dashboards and reports to facilitate company-wide awareness and understanding of key metrics (we are working with Power BI & redash.io) -Be the data and analytical lead on various projects and work closely with different teams across the company -Analyze all operational activities & performance (mainly sale & debt collection) -Suggest operational KPIs & performance measurement systems -Run A/B testing in various departments with the goal to find better ways to achieve results -Work closely with the IT team to resolve any data-related issues and bugs -Support local teams with technical or data-related issues -Make proposals for changes in business processes or the development of new processes

What You will need: -SQL knowledge (can be basic, intermediate would be preferred) -R / Python knowledge would be an advantage -Interest in the data analytics field or finished a course specializing in data analysis -Proficiency in English -Sense of humor, can-do attitude, and ownership mindset
