This new experience was a surprise: employee was found much faster than usual
“YIT Lietuva”, one of the largest construction companies in Lithuania, decided to try the NO-CV app for recruitment. Ingrida Armonaitienė, the company’s HR manager, says she was interested in the new platform and wanted to support a fast-growing Lithuanian start-up.
They tried it and were not disappointed – an environmental specialist, found through the NO-CV app, has already joined the team.
“We usually work with a recruitment company, which carries out the initial selection, and we interview candidates at later stages. We tried the initial selection through the NO-CV app – the process is convenient and simple, and the result was quite fast. We entered the selection criteria into the platform and there was nothing else for us to do. A few days later, I started receiving messages that a new candidate had already been found,” said the HR manager about her experience.
The system filters out candidates who meet the company’s criteria. This saves a lot of time, as there is no need to evaluate the information on the CVs – the algorithms do it all.
The platform has an integrated messaging function. It allows you to quickly start a conversation with a candidate, clarify details or arrange an interview.
“It was one of the fastest selections we have had so far. We received the details of the first candidate, we talked, and then, very quickly, we had a second interview. There were more suitable people, but because we found the specialist we have been looking for, we completed the selection”, says Ingrida.
According to her, it was a new and very successful experience for the company. So they now plan to search for employees through the NO-CV app in the future as well.
“I liked that the system filters out candidates who can be interviewed for the position immediately. Also, the price is realistic – in line with the service provided. We are satisfied with the result”, the HR manager expressed her satisfaction with the app.
